3. Finally, at the bottom of the page, click on "Complete Request".
   Fill out the form and send the reservation request.
   
   
   
   Your request is non-binding and free of charge.
   After you will receive an email from us with all the necessary information for a binding booking.

Next steps

1. We confirm the availability and send you the provisional confirmation of your booking.
2. A deposit is required to make a binding reservation (20% of the total price).
   We accept bank transfers and credit cards.
3. As soon as we have received the required deposit, your booking is confirmed. Then we will send you the final confirmation of your reservation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact of your landlord.
4. You pay the rest of the rental price to the landlord on arrival.
   Important: If you do not make the down payment, your booking request will automatically expire after 48 hours. In this case there are no costs for you.
