The rooms are rented separately but it is also possible to reserve the entire flat (max. 6 people). The community terrace is for all the tenants. From here you have panoramic views over Havana until the sea.
There are enough tables and chairs, so that all tenants can enjoy the outdoors.

The landlords offer breakfast and hot meals to their tenants. There is dining area in the spacious lounge, where you can eat. But also you can cook in the well-equipped kitchen of the flat.

Tenants get the keys of their room - each one has its own lock. In the rooms there is air conditioning and a safe. In the fridge you find drinks for a reasonable price.
All rooms have a private bathroom with hot shower, sink and toilet.

The property is located in the Calle 23 street and in the surroundings you find numerous restaurants, cinemas, bars and clubs. This is the heart of modern Havana.
To get to the old town you can take a taxi, rickshaw or you walk about 20-30 minutes. The route along the waterfront (Malecón) is the most beautiful.

The owner lives in the same building and is always available for the tenants. If you wish so, she can arrange taxi service, change money and give information.
