We are at the western part of the famous Malecón promenade in Havana, Cuba. Here the nice host Señora Nancy offers a high quality casa particulare for tourists.

This private accommodation has 2 guest rooms, each equipped with a double bed.

Both rooms together are rented only to families or groups of friends. This ensures, that the shared bathroom in between the 2 rooms is private or if shared, then only with friends or family members.
So, if you only rent one room, the other one will stay closed.

The room facing the sea is slightly more expensive than the one facing away from the sea.

In the common area we have the beautiful furnished living room. There are numerous seating areas and also the dining area, where breakfast is served on request.

This attractive tourist accommodation is situated in the Vedado district of Havana. To the Calle 23 main street of this modern area of the Cuban Capital you would have to pass 7 blocks.

In the surroundings of the place there are plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs. It's a very popular zone of Havana Cuba.

If you like to walk, you would just follow the Malecón waterfront in direction to the east, in order to get to the historic attractions of Old Havana district.
But for a few CUC you also get easily there by taxi.
