The apartment for rent is only 70 meters away from the famous seawall Malecón in Havana and 20 meters away from the promenade El Prado. The Capitolio and Havana’s oldest district - La Habana Vieja- are only 5-10 minutes walk.

In your direct neighborhood are lots of restaurants, paladares, cafés and bars. You are in the middle of Havana’s most vibrant part of the city.

The owners of "Greenhouse on Prado" rent a spacious 30 m² room, equipped with a double bed and a single bed. The room has a TV, an air conditioner, a ventilator and a safe.

You have your private bathroom with a sink, a hot water shower, a bidet and WC.

At your disposal are also a fridge and a hairdryer. 

The owners offer to their guests a rich breakfast including fruit juices and salads, milk, tea, coffee, scrambled eggs, tortillas and ham, cheese and marmalade.
They also render taxi services, give dancing lessons, diving classes and cookery courses.  If you are interested they can guide you through the historical Havana.

The ground floor apartment is a good option for families with children and disabled guests, who need to use a wheelchair.
