Tenants are the only persons in this apartment, which has:

• A spacious lounge with seating and dining area.
• A fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare meals.
• A terrace to enjoy the outdoors.

This magnificent apartment is rented with only one or with the two bedrooms, according to your necessaries.

The rental price includes breakfast. For this the service staff passes by.
Laundry service also is offered and the price depends on the quantity of closes.

Although this place doesn't have a garage, your car will be safe here on the street, as this is a zone with police security.

Near the casa there are some big hotels (eg "Occidental Miramar"), where you find connection to the Internet.
