The owner does not live in the same house, so that you have the whole house exclusively for you.

Nevertheless, you can contact the landlord easily, because their house is just 30 meters from yours.

The place has a kitchen - equipped with all you need for cooking -, but anyway you also can order breakfast and hot meals for lunch and dinner. 

Of course, you can ask the owner always for help - e.g. ordering a taxi or organizing an excursion to one of the beautiful destinations in the surroundings of Trinidad, Cuba.
 

The flat consists of:

• the living room with TV and rocking chairs
• the bedroom with 2 beds: 1 double and 1 single bed (sleep up to 3 persons)
• The kitchen with dining area - here you can cook without problems
• the bathroom with hot shower (towels, soap, shampoo and hair dryer are provided)
• the courtyard with chairs for relaxing in the fresh air
