Actually this holiday rental is located in an own building, which is placed in the tropical garden behind the main building, where is living the owner. 

Entering to this nice Cuban holiday apartment you are in the small, cozy kitchen. Here is provided a spacious fridge, a sink, a table, 2 chairs and even your own little electric stove.
In the main room behind we count on a comfortable double bed, ac and a private TV. In the bathroom next door you find the hot shower, a sink and the WC.

In the front of the private room - in the beautiful courtyard - you have a swing and a bench to sit and enjoy this pleasant atmosphere. 

The community zone in the owner's house on the other site of the courtyard includes the dining room and a lounge with TV and rocking chair.
