Just a few hundred meters from the city center is located this comfortable and like new hostel. This casa particular was one of the first opening in Las Tunas, Cuba. Since then, it is a guarantee for comfortable holidays here in the eastern part of the Caribbean island.

The distribution is as follows:

2 rooms for rent - each with 1 double bed + 1 single bed & private bathroom
Tenants of these 2 rooms share the kitchen, located in the front of the doors

This place also meets the expectations of a long term rental tourist, looking for a lodging with the possibility to cook at home.

Upstairs also we have the great terrace (about 24 m²) for all tenants. Here you can relax and have a good time with your friends, enjoying views over the roofs of the surroundings.

A really well-equipped casa particular for a very comfortable stay in the Balcony of the East (Balcón del Este).

To the center with the park and the nightlife area it doesn't take more than a 10 minutes walk.
